Deviating from our traditional approach, we asked ourselves what if we added no dosage? Would the wine still be complete? Balance is of the utmost importance and this is normally achieved by adding a small dose of sweetened reserve wine from our solera program. The only way to answer this question was to do trials. The results were captivating and revealed a lively wine with tremendous purity.

You notice this wine’s brilliant golden hue and sleek, compact bubbles before encountering compelling aromas of candied lemon zest, baked apples, toasted brioche, roasted almonds and gouda cheese. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, layered, juicy and pure, with flavors that parallel the aromas.
