2021 Fairhills Chardonnay

The wine has a light straw color, with delightful aromas of quince fruit and citrus. Lively, fresh and balanced acidity with a hint of saltiness on the palate. Light and airy textures create an elegant and delicate mouthfeel on the palate. Our first single-vineyard Chardonnay offering from Fairhills vineyard displays beautiful balance of purity, lightness and salinity.
