Warm aromas of baked pie crust and pear with a hint of floral jasmine flower, the 2020 Dach Chardonnay delivers concentration and elegance. Racy acidity yet light on the palate, flavors of tangerine, sweet Meyer lemon and light butter notes alongside a hint of oak. The palate is a beautiful balance between purity, tension and salinity.
